Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients and their family members are informed and voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; (2) Patients who need double-lumen endotracheal intubation anesthesia in our hospital; (3) Aged 16 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients and their families refused to participate in the study; (2) Patients with laryngoscopy exposure grade 4 or above; (3) Unilateral bronchus is damaged or obstructed;Chest radiograph or CT showed severe anatomical malformations of bronchial trees;Patients with upper respiratory tract infection; Patients with severe ventilation dysfunction /COPD; (4) Patients with circulatory system co-existing diseases or neck anatomical structure instability; (5) patients unsuitable for inclusion under certain special circumstances.
