Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with supratentorial tumor confirmed by head CT, MRI and other imaging examinations; (2) Aged >= 18 years; (3) ASA grading: Level II-III; (4) Patients without sleep disturbance before operation; (5) Sign the informed consent form and be willing to accept accompanying visitors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to local anesthetics such as lidocaine; (2) Patients with obvious abnormal heart, lung, liver and kidney function and abnormal blood coagulation function before operation; (3) Patients with pre-operative arrhythmia, such as sinus delay, heart block, atrial fibrillation or hypotension; (4) Patients with language comprehension disorder, mental illness and other difficulties in cooperation; (5) People who have taken antidepressants or sedatives for a long time. (Antipsychotic, tricyclic antidepressants, glucocorticoids, aminophylline, antihistamines, etc.); (6) Patients with sellar tumors; (7) Patients or their family members refuse to participate in the trial or sign the informed consent
