Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 300 individuals who underwent ischemic stroke which were regarded as the acute ischemic group and 200 individuals who with other mild neurological disease which were regarded as the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not vascular diseases
