18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 80 years old; (2) The diagnostic criteria of PPPD established by Barany association were met; (3) Peripheral vestibular lesions were excluded by electronystagmography (vng), video head pulse test (vhit) and vestibular evoked myogenic potential (VEMP); (4) Patients were enrolled voluntarily and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients were accompanied by benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Meniere disease, vestibular migraine and other acute or paroxysmal vestibular syndrome; (2) Dizziness caused by central nervous system or another system; (3) Those who had anxiety/depression or other serious mental disorders; (4) In pregnancy and lactation; (5) The patients who cannot cooperate with TMS treatment or have TMS contraindications.
