18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clinical and/or pathological diagnosis of cirrhosis with portal hypertension; 2. History of varicose bleeding with endoscopic therapy; 3. Patients aged 18 ~ 80 years; 4. ECOG score =60; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and can provide written informed consent, understand and abide by the requirements of this study; 6. The liver function was assessed as Child-pugh grade A or Grade B at the end of the operation; 7. No other clinical studies were conducted in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Previously known or suspected malignant tumors (hepatocellular carcinoma, bile duct carcinoma, etc.); 3. Any preoperative examination of B ultrasound, CT or MRI found thrombosis; 4. Limited coagulation (fast 50 seconds, platelet count < 50000 / l or interference with platelet function); 5. A large amount of ascites; 6. The Child - Pugh C level;? Refusal or other circumstances unsuitable for the participation of investigators.
