18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. The patients who can't retain molars due to periodontal disease; 3. There were bone wall defects of more than 3 mm in height; 4. There is at least one healthy adjacent tooth in mesial and distal; 5. There was no acute infection; 6. Patients completed basic periodontal treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases that affect treatment outcomes; 2. Long term use of drugs that affect bone metabolism or bone healing; 3. Periodontitis without effective control; 4. Complete loss of bone wall; 5. Heavy smokers and alcoholics; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. History of head and neck radiotherapy.
