18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. older than 18 years; 2. Informed consent is obtained from all study patients; 3. without RAO before PCI; 4. interventional cardiologist was willing to proceed with RA access; 5. coagulation analysis and liver and kidney function are normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. long-term hemodialysis; 2. hemodynamic instability; 3. severe dermomyoskeletal forearm deformity; 4. history of coronary artery bypass grafting; 5. refusing detection of ultrasound after PCI.
