Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the elderly with dementia who meets the criteria in the International Classification Of Diseases, 10th(ICD-10) or the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th (DSM-IV); 2. the main caregiver of the elderly with dementia, including spouse, children or other relatives, only one caregiver from each family; 3. the caregiver takes care of the patient >=5 days per week, and providing care for at least 3 months; 4. expected to be able to continue caring for patients at least 6 months; 5. aged 18 years or older, and the communication is normal; 6. a acore above 25 for the Chinese version of the Perceptual Stress Scale (CPSS); 7. the family has a computer/mobile phone and internet equipment, and the caregiver has the ability to use it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. caregivers who are in paid employment; 2. caregivers live with the elderly with dementia who were in hospital or nursing home or welfare institution; 3. had major physical and mental diseases, and the caregivers could not complete the survey; 4. involving in other similarly program.
