3 Years to 7 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Preschool children aged 3~7 years, ASA grade I~II, planning to undergo urethroplasty or penile reconstruction with cutaneous replacement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital and acquired diseases (such as epilepsy, asthma, cerebral palsy, endocrine diseases, connective tissue diseases, congenital heart disease, tumors, neuromuscular diseases, mental diseases, etc.); 2. Had a history of surgery; 3. Children with complicated urethral malformation; 4. Allergic to anesthetics; 5. Existing respiratory infections; 6. Long-term use of analgesics.
