Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients who need to undergo thoracic surgery and insert a double-lumen endotracheal tube; 2. The ASA (the American society of anesthesiologists) class I - II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient age < 18 years old; 2. Emergency chest surgery; 3. The pregnancy; 4. Contraindications for double-lumen endotracheal intubation, such as laryngeal edema, acute laryngitis, etc.; 5. Preoperative airway assessment was expected for patients with difficult airway.
