20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent with the study; 2. Diabetic patients undergo superficial surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Aged from 20 to 75 years; 4. ASA grade I-II; 5. BMI 18-28 kg/m2; 6. Anticipated surgery time is within 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic BP>=180mmHg or =110mmHg or <60mmHg; 2. Severe cardiac, cerebral, pulmonary, renal, endocrine disorder or severe infections; 3. Preoperative using of narcotic or sedatives; 4. Sleep disorders; 5. Alcohol or stimulating beverage intake within 3 days before surgery; 6. Mental disorders; 7. Participation in other clinical study in the last 30 days.
