Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Patients with COPD need awake nasal tracheal intubation35-85 years old ASA II-IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications of regional block; history of severe hypertension or heart disease; severe liver and kidney insufficiency; blood system diseases and abnormal bleeding and coagulation; recent use of analgesics; history of the drugs allergy or contraindications; history of head, neck, maxillofacial, oral and airway surgery
