Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 65 years and above; (2) conscious; (3) Lived in Shenzhen for 6 months or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) elderly with unclear cognitive or consciousness impairment, Alzheimers disease or severe mental disorders; (2) cannot communicate normally due to hearing or visual impairment; (3) Bedridden disabled elderly; (4) may leave Shenzhen within 5 years; (5) unwilling to sign informed consent or participate in relevant questionnaires, examinations or follow-ups.
