Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. nasopharygeal carcinoma was confirmed by pathologic exam and the patients attend the study just after radiotherapy; 2. 20-50 years old; 3. normal smell function before treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 4. written informed consent was obtained from patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who can not accept or grasp the olfactory training procedures; or investigators conclude that the patients can not complete the whole study; 2. patients had history of olfactory dysfunction, nasal polyps, allergic rhinitis, nose deformity, or nasal surgery; 3. radiotherapy-induced nasal adhesion or stenosis; 4. re-radiotherapy for naspopharygeal carcinoma recurrence.
