Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Aged 45-80 years old; -MNA score <=23.5 -Able to eat by mouth; -Voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Difficulty swallowing or intestinal obstruction; -Have terminal disease or life expectancy <=3 months; -Severe impairment of liver or kidney function; -Need to go on a reducing diet; -Not suitable for eating dietary fiber; -Received oral dietary supplements or take part in other clinical trials in the last 4 weeks; -Patients with galactosemia or a history of allergy to the ingredients in the test sample, especially milk proteins; -Other situations that the researcher considers inappropriate to participate in this study.
