25 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 25-55 years old who have sex life, after combined cytology and HPV-DNA screening, confirmed high-risk HPV infection, cytology is ASCUS/LSIL, or HPV16/18 (+), cytology (-); 2. The squamous column transfer and all the lesions are completely visible under the colposcopy, and the cervix is multi-point biopsy under the colposcopy, and the pathological diagnosis is CIN?/CIN? (p16 staining negative (need to be confirmed by two experienced pathologists after reading the film independently); 3. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 4. There is no antiviral treatment before treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The squamous column junction and the upper boundary of the lesion cannot be completely visible under the colposcopy; 2. HSIL and cervical cancer; 3. Have history of cervical physical therapy and cervical surgery within the past year; 4. Patients who cannot be followed up; 5. Reproductive tract inflammation, STD, acquired immunity Deficiency syndrome; 6. Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney insufficiency and coagulation dysfunction.
