18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Unilateral THA; 2) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to DEXA; 2. Age =75 years; 3. Use of any glucocorticoids within three months or any strong opioids within one week; 4. history of severe heart disease (NYHA>2), liver and kidney failure, systemic rheumatic diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus); 5. Ipilateral hip surgery history; 6. Lack of cognitive function or normal sensation; 7. Loss to follow-up.
