Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The fever patients. The diagnostic criteria of tsutsugamushi disease refer to the eighth edition of infectious diseases. Patients should also meet the following requirements: (1) they have a history of outdoor activities such as grassland 3 weeks before fever; (2) fever; (3) find specific eschar or ulcer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with malignant tumor and autoimmune diseases
