Postoperative recovery and analgesia

Interventions

s group:15min before induction of anesthesia, intravenous pump injection of dexmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg/h, intraoperative dexmedetomidine 0.2ug/kg/h continuous infusion until the start of suture
c group:15min before induction of anesthesia, intravenous pump injection of equal dose of normal saline,intraoperative continuous infusion same volume of normal salineuntil the start of suture

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 65 and 80 years old; ASA I-III; 2. Patients who scheduled elective laparotomy for radical gastric cancer; 3. No psychiatric disease, chronic pain disease, long-term history of opioid use; 4. Patients who can understand the use of QOR-15 scale; 5. The subjects who will sign informed consent and agree to be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are contraindicated with dexmedetomidine (allergies, severe bradycardia, atrioventricular block, cardiac insufficiency, etc.); 2. Severe anemia before operation (Hb<70g/L); 3. Other reasons why researchers think necessary to exclude.
