Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects signed informed consent; 2. aged 18-70 years male and female; 3. blood triglyceride (TG)>=1.7 MMOL/L; 4. Body Mass Index (Bmi) < Lt; 28 Kg/m 2; 30 MG/G <=Urinary Albumin excretion rate (UACR) < 300 MG/G; 5. Patients with Type 2 diabetes did not use hypoglycemic agents or received less than 2 oral hypoglycemic agents (biguanides, sulfonylureas, glucosidase inhibitors) for 3 months and the dose was stable and <8% of HBA1C.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Before screening, patients with hypertension were treated with Acei, ARB or diuretic, or two or more antihypertensive drugs, and their blood pressure was still below 140/90mmhg; 2. Patients who had taken weight-loss drugs (including traditional Chinese medicine) within 6 months before screening; 3. those who were not diabetic nephropathy; 4. those who developed urinary tract infection within 1 month before screening; 5. those who had suffered from severe CVD (heart attack, heart failure, stroke) events or pulmonary embolism within 6 months before screening; 6. Impairment of liver and kidney function: Alanine Transaminase ASPARTATE transaminase 2.5 ULN; Serum Creatinine 2 ULN; 7. current dialysis recipient; 8. Cushing syndrome; 9. Acromegaly opposite of Microcephaly; 10. long-term use of Glucocorticoid; Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, drug or alcohol addiction, cancer patients treated within the first five years of screening, organ transplant recipients, pregnant women, women preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding, and other clinical trials in the last 30 days.
