40 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) stroke confirmed by computed tomography or MRI; (2) aged 40 to 79 years old; Brunnstrom stage >=3; Ashworth score <=2; (3) the patient's vital ondition is stable, can maintain the sitting position for more than 30 minutes; (4) severe cognitive impairment (according to the score of the Mini-mental State Examination scale); (5) patient to be informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congestive heart failure; (2) deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity; (3) Malignant progressive hypertension; (4) Respiratory failure; ongoing liver disease; (5) hepatic and renal insufficiency; (6) Patients with limb fractures; (7) A history of mental illness or use of anti-psychotic drugs.
