18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 75 years old, ASAI-III; 2) Thoracic surgery requiring double-lumen endotracheal intubation during the operation; 3) Preoperative assessment of the Arne score was >=7; 4) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who cannot complete Arne assessment; 2) Predicted difficulty of mask ventilation (according to the Kheterpal score, there are 4 or more risk factors) or mouth opening less than 2 cm; 3) Preoperative assessment of Arne score was =1mm.
