18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Single-port video-assisted thoracic surgery; 2) 18-80 years of age; 3) American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 4) Signed the informed consent form; 5) Expected extubation after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergic to local anesthetics; 2) Nerve block contraindications, such as: abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection and so on; 3) With neuropathic pain; 4) Long term use of analgesics; 5) Long term heavy drinking; 6) Pregnant or lactating women; 7) Renal insufficiency (estimated glomerular filtration rate 40kg/m2.
