Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-70 years old; (2) ASA I-III; (3) Liver transplantation is planned; (4) Be willing to sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hyperlactic acidemia, LA>2mmol/L; (2) Renal insufficiency (CKD> stage 2); (3) Hypohepatia (Child C ), acute severe hepatitis, hepatic coma and hepatic encephalopathy stage 3; (4) Hepatorenal syndrome and hepatopulmonary syndrome; (5) Cardiac insufficiency, NYHA III-IV; (6) Existing circulatory dysfunction should be maintained with vasoactive drugs; (7) Diabetic nephropathy, or diabetes (taking metformin treatment).
