22 Years to 72 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged 20-75 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Serum TPOAb >100U/ml and (or) TgAb >120U/ml, and the combined thyroid B-ultrasound shows diffuse separation or grid-like changes; (3) The thyroid function is normal; (4) Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cases with tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, major traumas, and severe infections; (2) Those who have recently (within 6 months) undergone 131I treatment or iodine absorption rate measurement, and those who have used iodine contrast agents (coronary artery Contrast imaging, ERCP, etc.), those who use amiodarone, cediiodine tablets, oral contraceptives and other drugs; (3) Those who have a history of hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism and take antithyroid drugs or thyroid hormone replacement therapy; (4) Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and those with renal insufficiency; (5) Those who have had previous immune system diseases and used drugs that affect immune function.
