Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke patients younger than 80 years old, ASA grade 2-3, volunteers and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe traumatic brain injury, previous cerebral infarction, epilepsy and other neurological diseases; patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; patients with psychological or mental diseases; patients with severe blood system diseases or abnormal coagulation function; patients with allergy to narcotic drugs and contrast agents.
