Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who undergo colonoscopy or endoscopic surgery in each center,and sign the informed consent form. (polycenter:North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital, Tangshan Workers' Hospital, Tangshan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Tangshan Union Hospital, Tangshan Central Hospital, Zunhua people's Hospital, Qianxi County people's Hospital, Luanzhou City people's Hospital.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with painless colonoscopy; 2. patients with history of colectomy; 3. patients with uncompleted questionnaire.
