Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. adult patients, aged >=18 years; 2. only one occurrence of (TBI), diagnosed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), all have clear lesions shown in imaging (CT or MRI); 3. The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score 13–15; 4. the patient was conscious and compliant during the test; 5. informed consent was provided by the patient or his or her family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe audio-visual dysfunction; 2. moderate or severe aphasia; 3. dysfunction of the upper limbs, such as the inability to complete writing or copying tasks; 4. consumption of drugs that may affect intelligence and consciousness, or a previous history of a disease that affects cognitive function, such as stroke, brain trauma, hypothyroidism, or mental illness; 5. patients were excluded if they or their families did not cooperate or were not willing to undergo the cognitive assessment.
