Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 to 70 years old; 2. For patients with poor glycemic control using one or more hypoglycemic drugs(Excluding in the use of SGLT2 inhibitors or GLP1 receptor agonists); 3. HbAlc 7.5~11%, FBS<=15mmol/l; BMI 18~35kg/m2; 4. Combined with hypertension; 5. Patients with good blood pressure control; 6. Signed the inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With cardiac dysfunction,hepatic and renal dysfunction; 2. Patients already in the use of SGLT2 inhibitors or GLP1 receptor agonists; 3. Urinary or reproductive tract infections; 4. Patients with tumors and chronic infections,psychopaths,hematological system and immune system diseases; 5. Pregancy and lactating women; 6. Patients with acute or chronic sever diabetic complications or concomitant diseases,such as storke,acute coronary syndrome and so on; 7. Patients with severe hearet diseases,poor blood pressure control and previous heart surgery; 8. Participants in other clinical trails during the same period.
