Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients who need to undergo phaco+IOL combined with vitrectomy; 3. No hypertension or heart disease with poor control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have undergone cataract and vitreoretinal surgery; 2. Those who are allergic to known anesthetics; 3. Nystagmus; 4. Those who are extremely anxious or sensitive to pain and require general anesthesia.
