Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The main arterial valve lesions were diagnosed by echocardiography; 2. Meet with the indications of aortic valve replacement surgery; 3. No life-threatening major diseases; 4. Patients undergoing aortic valve replacement using biological valves; 5. The patients agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data; 2. In addition to heart disease, patients with end-stage diseases of various organs or patients with other life-threatening diseases; 3. Patients transferred to or discharged from hospital for personal reasons; 4. Patients lost to follow-up; 5. No biological valve was used for aortic valve replacement.
