Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients voluntarily participate in this study, sign the informed consent, good compliance, with follow-up; 2. Pathologically diagnosed breast and prostate cancer, imaging indicates bone metastasis, bone puncture pathology testing is required to clarify bone metastasis;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with breast and prostate cancer who refuse to have bone punctures.
