Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe COPD who have been clinically diagnosed and meet the Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive pulmonary Disease; 2. Patients capable of this study; 3. Patients who can communicate normally and have clear consciousness; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe diseases of other systems and unable to tolerate this study; 2. Patients with physical disabilities; 3. Persons with abnormal spirits; 4. Patients who interrupted experimental intervention.
