65 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Aged >=65 years; 3. ASA grades I to III; 4. Patients planning to undergo elective prostate resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The function of important organs such as liver and kidney is seriously impaired; 2. Preoperative schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and other neuropsychiatric diseases; 3. Failure to complete preoperative neuropsychological assessment (MMSE scale assessment <=24 points); 4. Had any cerebrovascular accident within three months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc.; 5. A history of abuse of sedatives, antidepressants, psychoactive drugs, alcohol, etc.; 6. Patients with anti-coagulation dysfunction before surgery; 7. Reoperation was required 5 days after operation.
