18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent; 2. Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 3. ASA I-II; 4. aged 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver or kidney dysfunction; 2. Operation time is greater than 2 hours; 3. Intraoperative changes; 4. BMI>35 or <18kg*m-2; 5. History of neurological disease; 6. Long-term alcoholism; 7. Intraoperative bleeding is greater than 200ml.
