Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete head MRI and confirm ischemic leukoencephalopathy; 2. Cognitive function score examination was completed within 3d after admission; 3. Complete jugular ultrasound examination and all blood tests within 7 days after admission (the patient fasted for at least 8 hours before the blood test); 4. The patient's aged 18 to 90 years old; 5. The patient or family member signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other causes of leukodystrophy, such as adrenal leukodystrophy, immune-mediated central nervous system demyelination, poisoning, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, or encephalopathy caused by other metabolic abnormalities; 2. Patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage with cognition-related sites before or this time of admission; 3. patients who have been diagnosed with dementia or have been taking cognitive improvement drugs for a long time; 4. patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or malignant tumors;The absence of data; 5. Patients who are participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months; 6. The existence of speech communication disorders or understanding disorders can not cooperate with the cognitive function scale examination of patients.
