65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >=65 years old; (2) Vancomycin should be used for treatment of confirmed or suspected MRSA or other drug-resistant G+ bacteria infection; (3) At least one result of trough blood concentration of vancomycin after initial dose treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Oral vancomycin or continuous intravenous treatment; (2) Intravenous use of vancomycin =26.5umol/L (0.3mg/dL) or >=1.5 times the basic value, or urine output per hour <0.5mL/kg, duration more than 6h); (4) Receive renal replacement therapy such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis or hemofiltration before or during treatment; (5) The initial dose of vancomycin cannot be calculated due to lack of indicators such as height and weight; (6) Lack of clinical infection and laboratory evaluation indicators, and safety evaluation cannot be carried out.
