20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent with the study; 2. Patients with liver cirrhosis undergo surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Aged from 20 to 75 years; 4. ASA grade I-II; 5. BMI 18-28 kg/m2; 6. Anticipated surgery time is within 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systolic BP>=180mmHg or =110mmHg or <60mmHg; 2. Child-Pugh liver function classification above grade B; 3. Severe cardiac, cerebral, pulmonary, renal, endocrine disorder or severe infections; 4. Preoperative using of narcotic or sedatives; 5. Sleep disorders; 6. Alcohol or stimulating beverage intake within 3 days before surgery; 7. Mental disorders; 8. Participation in other clinical study in the last 30 days.
