Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed as HP positive by 13 C-urea breath test, the serum antibody test, gastroscope need to eradicate H. pylori; 2. Adult patients aged between 18 -70 years; 3. Informed and agreed to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of PPI, bismuth, antibiotics one month before initiating study treatment; 2. Previous treatment history of helicobacter pylori; 3. Previous surgical history of upper gastrointestinal diseases; 4. Pregnant and breastfeeding patients; 5. Presence of diseases, such as mental illness, severe respiratory, liver or kidney disease, malignant tumors and other diseases before entering hospital; 6. Alcohol abuse or other conditions of increasing adverse reaction risks; 7. Patients with less compliance.8.Allergy to related medications or severe adverse reactions; 8. Allergy to related medications or severe adverse reactions.
