Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 ~ 60 years; 2. ASA grade I ~ II; 3. To perform elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for abdominal nerve block, including abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection, allergy to local anesthetics; 2.Chronic pain, neuropathic pain, long-term use of analgesics or other psychotropic drugs; 3.History of abdominal surgery; 4.Morbid obesity (BMI >= 35kg/m2); 5.History of motion sickness or postoperative nausea and vomiting; 6.A digestive ulcer or bronchial asthma; 7.Unable to cooperate with researchers for any reason.
