Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-75 years old; (2) The Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) physical status score =1 year; (8) Signing the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Suspected serosal or surrounding organ invasion (cT4); (2) Distant metastasis (including peritoneal metastasis, liver metastasis, lung metastasis, distant lymph node metastasis, etc.); (3) Remnant gastric cancer or gastric cancer recurrence; (4) Received preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; (5) Bulky lymph nodes; (6) Emergency surgery; (7) Pregnant or lactating women; (8) Severe uncontrolled infection, or HIV infection; (9) Severe heart disease, myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris occurred within 6 months; (10) Uncontrolled diabetes; (11) Medical conditions that may or will definitely interfere with the research process (including follow-up and compliance).
