50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral osteoarthritis who are eligible for the primary total knee replacement surgery; 2. Agree to participate the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With inherent contraindications to TKA; 2. Allergy to NSAID drugs; 3. Long-term history of NSAID drug use; 4. Patients with the history of severe gastrointestinal diseases or diseases such as nervous system, endocrine system, immune system.
