Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Type of surgery: Adult heart valve replacement surgery, preoperative control of cardiac function within the compensatory range, and grade I-III cardiac function according to NYHA classification criteria; 2. Extracorporeal circulation was performed during the operation; 3. Aged >=18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative heart failure and NYHA assessment of cardiac function at grade IV, which cannot be corrected; 2. Patients with preoperative pulmonary hypertension; 3. Patients with preoperative pulmonary function abnormalities, including pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary edema, etc.; 4. Unplanned secondary surgery; 5. Failure of operation, no improvement of cardiac function after operation; 6. The patient refused to do the study; 7. Patients with abnormal mental state and unable to cooperate.
