Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who get prenatal examination, delivery and followed up after delivery in our hospital; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Able to understand the relevant scales and cooperate to complete the scales;3. participated in the whole study voluntarily and signed informed consent; 4. depressive episodes that occur during pregnancy or in the first 12 months after delivery, diagnosed following DSM-V criteria about depression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of major physical and mental illness; 2. Cognitive function and communication disorder; 3. A history of excessive alcohol, narcotics, benzodiazepines or other substance abuse or dependence six months prior to screening.
