Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Health policy & systems researchers that have been recipients of HPSR grants from the Alliance during the last 10 years 2. Decision makers that have been involved in health policy or program formulation and/or implementation at the national and/or subnational levels, in areas related to Alliance-funded HPSR in China and that have interacted with the researcher informants in the last 2 or 5 years in processes of evidence to policy or program translation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recipients of HPSR grants without contact information; 2. Decision makers that are not identified by the above researchers according to the inclusion criteria.
