20 Years to 36 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-term pregnant women who have cesarean section under lumbar anesthesia at the selected date; 2. The patients and their family members were fully aware of the voluntary cooperation in this study program, and the patients signed the informed consent; 3. Aged 20 to 35 years old, ASA I ~ II grade level; 4. single pregnancy; 5. Unconscious disorders or mental disorders in pregnant women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for spinal block; 2. Diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney disease; 3.4. The anesthesia level is higher than T4 or lower than T8(pain level); 5. The patient refuses preoperative ultrasound examination 6.The anesthesiologist refuses to accept the relevant treatment procedures. 1. Pregnant and full-term women who have cesarean section under lumbar anesthesia when the time is chosen.2. The patients and their family members were fully aware of the voluntary cooperation in this study program, and the patients signed the informed consent.3. Age 20 to 35 years old, ASA I ~ ? grade level.4. The puerpera is a single child.5. Unconscious disorders or mental disorders in pregnant women
