Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Acute ischemic stroke was diagnosed by two or more specialists; (2) Onset time 7-42 days; (3) Right-handed; (4) Complete imaging data; (5) The diagnostic criteria of early cognitive decline after ischemic stroke refer to the criteria of vascular cognitive impairment in 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Vascular Cognitive Impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other non-vascular causes of neural function defects; (2) Due to various symptoms (including impaired consciousness, inability to communicate, language impairment, severe post-stroke depression, etc.), the evaluation could not be completed; (3) Have a clear history of cognitive impairment or mental illness; (4) Hyperbaric oxygen treatment contra.
