Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with venous thromboembolism diagnosed for the first time by clinical symptoms and imaging (ultrasound or inferior vena cava CTV); 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. Willing to participate in the study of the project and sign the informed consent. 4. Patients or their family members can use network communication tools such as WeChat.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant within the next 12 months; 2. There are contraindications for anticoagulant treatment, and the anticoagulant treatment cannot be completed in the chronic phase; 3. Failure to complete follow-up for various reasons; 4. Those who participate in other projects or are unwilling to participate in this project or sign the informed consent; 5. Combined with thrombotic disease.
