Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged > 1 years old; (2) clinical manifestations of spinal cord, nerve root compression symptoms, including local and / or limb pain, numbness, fatigue, band feeling, root pain, etc.; physical examination found that the involved spinal cord segment below the level of abnormal feeling, muscle strength decreased; (3) Preoperative CT and MRI confirmed that the cervical spinal canal extramedullary, intradural benign tumor; (4) there was no serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular blood events within 6 months before operation Myocardial infarction, heart bypass, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. history of thrombus, and with anticoagulant therapy; 2. patients with severe malnutrition; 3. patients with severe cardiac, Renal and liver complications; 4. the perioperative other parts of the operation.
