18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Those who volunteered to join the program and were followed up; 3. Meet at least one of the following three items: (1) Single antiuricemic drugs with sufficient and standard course of treatment cannot reduce the blood uric acid levelstill more than 360umol/L; (2) Gout still attacks more than twice per year; (3) There are multiple and / or progressive gout stones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient combined with acute and chronic infectious diseases, digestive tract diseases, serious heart failure, severe liver, renal insufficiency and other diseases or complications; 2. The patients has other gastrointestinal diseases that may affect drug absorption; 3. Minors, pregnant and lactating women, without capacity for civil conduct; 4. Allergic constitution; 5. The patients treated with other hormones in the past three months; 6. The patients has leucopenia or granulocyte abnormalities; 7. The patients has new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the last three months; 8. The patients participants in other clinical trials during the same period.
